These guys are absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond in helping me get my son a special bed. They delivered and completely assembled the bed, and showed me how to work it. I cannot say enough great things about John and Alliance. Everyone that I dealt with, and everyone that helped, was wonderful!

John from the Ozark, Mo office was awesome with my dad. He was able to get my dad a chair with his needs met and a few extras within our budget. He was amazing, he was kind and worked hard on this with all the hiccups we had in the process of deciding on a chair and the insurance issues. He remembers the little things , like my dad does not see very well. To our family thats mean a a lot. You can tell he really enjoys his job! We are so grateful for him!
I've had repairs done here on an old chair in the past and been very impressed. Once again, I am impressed with everyone when I went in to talk about getting a new chair and fixing a wheel problem on my current one. Trying to show them what was going on with my wheel, it came completely off and I went so gracefully down to the floor!! They will have my business from now on and I would recommend them to everyone!!!

I can't express how grateful I am to be able to work with such a group of knowledgeable and dedicated people!! They are the definition of "above and beyond"!!!! They totally understand how important a working wheelchair is!! My daughter is a nonverbal quad and her chair is an extension of her personality!! Alliance knows that and has worked diligently to get all repairs done quickly and efficiently!! Thanks to all the employees of Alliance Rehab!!!
If I could give them 10 stars, I would. My son contacted Randy Schmitt because the foot rest fell off his manual chair. Within one day, ATP Mike Krause responded and set up a time for someone to come out to our house. This morning, two technicians showed up, reattached the foot rest and adjusted & re-secured the other footrest (all while social distancing). Unfortunately, I forgot to write their names down but, I wanted them to know how much I appreciated their help. You ALL are appreciated. Thank you so much 🙏 Y’all are amazing! Stay safe!
